Sometimes it takes a couple tries to connect to the camera and view the image. I have very high foot traffic in front of my house, and the battery lasts 3-4 weeks, but they make extra batteries, or a solar panel, if you’d like that.

Easy set up and connection into SimpleSafe system. My understanding when I purchased this was that light was to go on when it detects motion. Clarification needed.

Overall the camera does its job with your 24/7 monitoring plan.

Added a WIFI extender for longer range from router. Covers garage door and driveway, including packages left by UPS. I got the last one on the shelf at Best Buy when SimpliSafe was out of stock.

It works great and the battery has only had to be charged once. Picture is good during the day and at night. Would def recommend.
