I'm not sure if I just received a game from an old batch because this was a seal of the day.. However the access code to purchase the game from iTunes was expired. It had been expired for over 6 months.. So be prepared to spend 6.99 to download the actual application.

The game is really great. My son is enjoying it. But when trying to get the game on the App store, I couldn't find where to enter the redeem code, and at the end I payed for it. The directions were not clear.

Product delivered without damage and kids excited to play this game on the iPad. Includes four characters which is more than most starter sets so that is a plus.

Got this for my three year old and he loves it. I let him have it only on the weekends and he figured it out right away works great. Love that it comes with battery's and 4 skylanders. Fun activity when the sun goes down.

I bought this for my son who is 6 and he has to know how to read to play it so it doesn't work for him very well, but my ten year old loves it bc she can read and do all the missions and such. So id recommend it for reading ages but no younger unless a parent is going to play it with them.

If you're looking to play Skylanders and don't have a home console or portable console, then this tablet version is for you. Personally I prefer the better graphics, but for a younger child it should be fine.

I wouldn't recommend buying this unless you were interested in some rare items. It includes a unique chest, but the code for the download on iOS is expired.

When I bought this I wanted the portal to use with Lost Islands and Collection Vault apps. Recently those apps were updated to use the Trap Team (Traptanium) portal included on the Tablet version.

With Android tablets being the most numerous on the market it was disappointing to find that this only works on IOS systems.

I bought this starter kit for the use of my grandchildren on my iPad when they visit. It is easy to set up, and they understand the game better than me.

My 7 year old loves this. She can play on her iPad wothoug anyone else bothering her. Easy to download game off of iTunes. Quick and easy setup considering she did it herself.

If you're trying to get into skylanders and instead of a gaming system, you're going mobile, it's a great way to let your kids enjoy skylanders without a big price tag!

I like because I can put the Skyland on the portal Power not have to type and every single Skylanders save time.
