Shipping took about 2 weeks longer than it was listed at, but after contacting skytech support they got my order shipped the next day and it came overnight. Really well packaged, nothing broken and good hardware inside. I havn't had any problems with it so far playing games and unless you are playing a really intensive game the cpu and gpu temp has stayed well below 65 at the highest. Really cool looking computer with a big case to display the parts, and easy access. I installed another SSD drive since I need more than the listed 1TB of memory but it was easy and simple to do. Would recommend

Upgraded to this PC and I love Skytech's PC! It is a great looking PC. Worked perfectly fine right out of the box. Very minor zip tying of a cable that I had to do due to it sitting on one of the fan blades. I will be able to upgrade this PC whenever I choose to now. Coming from an Alienware where upgrading components wasn't really an option. Good parts in my new PC. I think Skytech is great brand when considering a prebuilt of this nature. Overall with last me forever and I am very pleased. Shipping was great and speedy for the time of year.

Great computer poorly assembled usb ports didn’t not work along with usb type c

First of all, The PC Came like 20 days late. It kept on saying that it would come on a day and it would delay it like 15 days more. When I finally got it. Everything went good. Ran games "Good" Until it felt like the PC Was underperforming just a little bit. I felt like to might've been just me, Used it for a few more days. Now There's oil coming from the fans on the side of the pc. The GPU Stays feeling hot for some reason even when it just sits there doing nothing at all. Overall the PC Fans are just fully messed up. They start revving up and down there leaking some type of oily fluid. Overall not happy with my purchase only for like 2 days. I would like to say this pc is not worth the wait or money unless it's fully working without problems like mine. I took care of the PC So it's Definitely not something from me. If you would like to wait 20 extra days past due. And Possibly have half your PC Not working go for it, It's a good price for the PC and it would've been amazing if it would work like it supposed to.

Good PC. Runs smooth, definitely enough for 99% of activities you need. However, it didn't come on time. How are you guys so slow at shipping products, especially when we pay a very large amount of money? I feel like Best Buy doesn't appreciate the customers.

No manual was found in the box or online for this model. Teck support - the office is closed (all the time). No connection with smart HDMI TV sumsung (no signal) No signal on TV with a display port to HDMI converter. Returned to store.

Great PC, fans are loud until you figure out how to turn them down with the LED fan controller remote. RTX 3080 has run everything I threw at it including Blender. No Bloatware is a big plus.

I needed a new pc, I usually build them myself but with the shortage this pc meant every requirement. It is a beast.

This is an absolute powerhouse. AIO cooling makes it quiet as a mouse. Never hear a peep even on demanding games.

Didn’t receive my item yet and it says it will come on june 7th now it was supposed to come today on june 3rd. It would have been great if it came on the day they said it would come, because i would be able to set it up over the weekend.

Bought in November 2022, still runs flawless, running cod at 16p pluss fps.. now upgrading only to be able to run ddr5 ram but other then that has been great.

It's a beast gaming desktop. Skytech offers the best and value gaming pc.

Runs everything perfectly for example the Modern Warfare 2 runs amazingly over 180 fps at high settings and everying stays super cool my gpu never went over 50C and cpu got to as high as 65C.

Dead on arrival. Defective mother board, wouldn't even start up. Closer inspection showd components hot glued to the mother board with large globs. No clue how it passed QA.
