This mount does what it's supposed to, and was easy enough to install. It comes with these weird plastic "covers" for the arm, but we ended up just throwing them away. They look far more ugly than the unit itself. I also wish it folded up a little flatter when not extended or tilted, but that's not a big deal.

very cheaply made and the covers that hide the wires are worthless. For the money its ok but there are better ones out there close in money.

Basic mount is straight forward and not hard to install. The plastic trim parts (decorative) were harder to install and keep fastened.

I like the wall mount i purchased for a 32 inch tv. It was super easy to install and also very easy to attach the tv. Like how you can move it side to side

I needed this to hang a small TV in my exercise area. It had to swing out in front of a window during use, but swing out of the way the rest of the time. It works great.

very difficult to set up and I would consider myself handy. Directions are terrible, plastic covers don't snap together easily. The TV is 5-8 lbs under the weight max but the unit is heavily bending and does not seem secure. would return if I did not already drill holes in it in an attempt to hide the cords. don't waste your money

For a TV up to 32", this is about the best price for an adjustable mount that you can find. Very good quality.

I rated the product a four because it has worked for two different samsung tv's that we've owned since purchasing this product. It would be a 5 except it has cheap plastic parts to cover the cords.

I have 4 televisions mounted on my wall, from 32" to 70". So my review is credible to say the least. $40 for this product is too much. There are standard expectations for a TV mount: easy installation and reliability and quality of product. If a product doesn't pass thesse expectations, it is worthless (we are suspending expensive appliances of the ground). The pivot point at which the TV is adjusted to face up or down is a metal-on-metal groove joint that requires loosening of a screw to adjust. Fine...it was cheap...I can deal with that. But since the TV has to be loose enough to pivot after the screw is loosened, when the screw is tight it's always unlevel. The joint relies on one screw to keep it stable. That's not a good enough. My TV is never level, except at one certain spot. Not sufficient!!!!!!
