Love the sound bar! Great look and sound! My biggest complaint I would have is that u have to use other Sonos stuff to connect to each other.....subwoofer etc but I would say that was my fault due to lack of research but most likely wouldn’t of changed my mind. Sorry not really a good picture of the bar.

It looks just like brand new even it says refurbished. I am very happy with sound and built quality. Sound is very crisp and bass is enough for small room and you can always adjust bass and treble from App which is plus. I guess, I got this in a good deal when BestBuy had it on discounted price. I guess Sonos sound is somehow better than Bose in my personal opinion. I would definitely buy it again.

I'm always hesitant buying a refurbished product, but the Playbar came in new packaging and has been working perfectly. This is my second Playbar, and this one works/sounds the same as the new one I purchased some time ago. I was debating getting an Arc vs another Playbar, but seeing the refurbished price and quality of this product made the decision quite easy.

Sonos delivers yet another great product. It may be a product of the past but it is still an awesome sounding soundbar. It's super easy to set up too! For the price of $380 Refurbished through bestbuy, you really can't beat it compared to the newer Sonos arc. Its half the money!

Packaged and looks like new. The arc is great, but this is very good for half the price. Although not indicated in the description, it did come with the optical cable, ethernet and power cord. It is big and bulky looking and no dolby atmos, but still a good buy.

WOW! What a price on the original Sonos Playbar. It arrived packed and looking just like a brand new Playbar except when I went to set it up it didn't have the factory reset and therefore I couldn’t connect it to my Wi-Fi or Sonos system; took. Little troubleshooting and then following instructions to do the factory reset, but the. No problems. It is working great!!

Great buy. The playbar is one of the best soundbars on the market today. It has stood the test of time. The sound is clear, accurate, and loud. Can fill up any size room.. I would recommend more of a medium to large room though to unleash its full capabilities. May be too powerful for a smaller sized room. I’ll piggy back off of some other reviews here. Although this item states refurbished, you would never know. The packaging and playbar itself look and perform as new. Optical connection works great. Don’t let that dissuade you from buying this playbar because it doesn’t have hdmi or have Alexa/google built in. It is Alexa compatible so if you have an Amazon echo or dot already, you can tell It to turn up/down volume, mute/unmute as well as play music on the playbar. Most of the time you will control the tv volume from either your phone via the Sonos app or you can sync one remote to the playbar. In my case it’s the Apple TV remote. The playbar works flawlessly with my set up which is a Samsung QLED and Apple TV. I was able to get it at the $379.99 price so hopefully BB will discount it again for new customers. I picked up 2 playbars for less than the cost of 1 arc.

Sounds great--we have a small house, so it fills the room quite well. Would appreciate the features of the Arc, but this was more affordable (refurb). I mainly play music from iTunes on my phone. Connects well and meets our needs for a TV soundbar. The app isn't very helpful imo.

I had an old wired system and it was complicated to set up and use. This new speaker is great - and we can connect our phones wirelessly and it works seamlessly with the TV. And the sound it great!

Love this thing. The sound is incredible, especially when paired with Ikea bookshelf sonos speakers. 3 speaker system works great for music and television. I'm no audiophile, so I can't speak to the details, but I'm thrilled to be able to understand dialogue when watching movies and TV. This was a refurb unit, and I have had no issues at all. The only knock is for the sonos app. It was not easy to setup. Once setup, connecting to it isn't too bad, but it's also not simple. I would really like to be able to just stream from phone to the speakers, but as best I can tell you have to use the app, and that severely limits the choices you have for playing music. All that said, you buy this thing for the sound, and it does not disappoint.

Pros: - The speaker(s) sound great - Refurbished item is indistinguishable from a new item - Once setup, it works flawlessly Cons: - Setup took a long time with many failed attempts. Setting up surround with pair of existing Play:1's took many factory resets and reconnections, but eventually got it and haven't had a problem since Conclusion: - I would definitely buy this again

High quality sound from this sound bar. Complements my Samsung TV well. Easy set up and usability with SONOs App.

I was a little worried about buying a refurbished playbar, not knowing why it needed to be refurbished, but it came very well packages (as if new) and it worked right out of the box just like it should. It is as good as a new one for a better price. I have two other playbars - one purchased new and one purchased used to compare the refurbished one to and it is every bit as good as the new one and in much better condition than buying used.

Wonderful sound from Sonos when adding to your sound system. Easy to setup and use.

Purchased this as a refurbished item and I am very pleased with the purchase. I paired it with a pair of Play 1s I already had and the sound is terrific. I wanted to keep the system the same and not mix old with new and was happy when I found the Playbar at a great price. So far the speakers sound great without the Sub so I’ll wait a little longer to purchase that. Well worth it!

I been very impressed so far. This is the perfect choice for those who prefer to simplify their theatre sound system and get away from multiple speakers. I used to own a 5.1 system before this, but had trouble keeping it with a toddler around; for this reason I decided to change my options. This being said, I couldn’t be happier. The sonos provides big sound without the big bulk. Make sure you change your setting by using the equalizer option; I think this is the main reason why some people give it poor reviews. The play bar gives us the option to reduce the base and loud sounds when the baby is asleep. This is perfect since it’s still clear enough to hear tv voices at such a low volume. This is truly amazing. You’ll need to try it to understand. Sports are given a whole new dimension. Movies sound great. Now music, it gives a wow factor. It gives you deep bass without any distortion like the big boxes. Some people appreciate this, while others might not. My only complaint is that this isn’t Bluetooth compatible. You’ll need to use the Sonos app which isn’t the best.
