I purchased this sound bar after hearing how great it was from a few friends that purchased the same one. I was able to hear it at one house and it sounded amazing. Paired with the subwoofer, the sound was so clear and crisp. I plan on getting the subwoofer next, and possibly a few wireless speakers as well!! I would definitely recommend this system to anyone looking for a great surround sound experience. Sure it's a little pricey, but as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for".

This sound bar has a great sound. Very clear and perfect. The mounting system has been improved by mounting to the lower edge of the TV. When the TV is moved the bar moves with the TV. Great.

I read the reviews for about 3 years. I kept adding on starting with a play 3 then another one, then the sub. thought I was good until I started thinking that my surround sound was pretty old. I finally bought the sound bar and was instantly immersed in wireless heaven. the sound bar sounds amazing with the play 3's but more like a movie theatre. I moved my play 3's into my room and kitchen as the soundbar is good enough for a sound system, but man is it sweet and stylish. You just connect all your devices to the TV and the TV to the Soundbar, it really reduced how many remotes I had.

Absolutely love Sonos. The set up was simple. 30 minutes from unpackaged to playing a playbar, and two play 3’s. Enjoyed them so much I picked up another playbar for the television upstairs.

Got this unit for master bedroom to eliminate previous separate amp and floor standing speakers, and to establish a Sonos listening zone in the master bedroom. I am an audiophile, so I write this review from the perspective of one that usually does not compromise much on sound (freestanding vs. in-wall speakers, FLAC over mp3, etc.). Having recently replaced my whole house audio system with an all Sonos system (using my own amplifiers and speakers with multiple Sonos "Connects")), I removed the receiver and floor standing speakers from the separate master bedroom system and installed the "Playbar". Setup was easy, and now I have Sonos zone in bedroom. Sound is good, not great, as there are limits imposed by laws of physics on the sound output and spatial imaging from a single Playbar. However, I expect to hear noticeable improvement after installing a Sonos sub.

Great sound for music and television. Surprisingly good bass by itself. Setup was straightforward. Using the IOS app to play music is simple. If the Playbar fits your budget, it's definitely worth the purchase.

I have owned about 5 different sound bars in my life. This one is hands down the best one I have owned! The sound quality is fantastic! Set up was a cinch! The lows are perfect and clean. The base is fantastic! I can't believe the quality of the sound that comes out of this one sound bar. My music sounds great! My movies and tv shows are so much more enjoyable! Don't even get me started on the app. It is a wonderful companion to this sound system. A++++

Purchased my 1st sound bar 2 years ago with the subwoofer and two Play1 for surround. The combination is just fantastic in the living room, great for music and for home cinema- but the connectivity and flexibility to combine with other play3 or 5 is mind blowing. The soundbar alone is very good, the subwoofer is phenomenal. Some sound systems may offer even better sound for purists.. but the experience for an everyday usage combining music and movies is just incredible !

Bought this as a sound bar for our new wide screen. Easy to set up. It does not come with a remote which was surprising, but the app is easy to download and use to control the sound from iphone, ipad, etc.

Sonos is a great system. This soundbar is a great addition to our home theatre. I can use my two sonos play 1 speakers as surrounds. A little pricey for a soundbar but you can also use it as a great music player.

Everything is simple and great to use. Sound quality is very good for both music and movies. Bass is very good as well. The only two things that are holding it back is the price and the very limited connections but I don't mind that because I wanted my setup to be simple.

The Sonos soundbar is amazing. It just pours fantastic sound into the room. Tv shows and movies are both great. It looks good pretty much anyway you need to orient it. It integrates with Alexa by way of the Alexa and sonos apps with an echo or echo dot. It can stream pretty much any music service over Bluetooth or WiFi. It’s very simple to hook up as well. Set up was easy as well. Just an all around great product!

Went from Samsung to Sony to Sonos Sonos is so easy to use and sounds great It won't replace a great stereo system for music. But for a surround theater experience it is clean, clear and plenty of room for volume with any movie. I have the bar, subwoofer, and two Sonos 1s coupled to a 65" Samsung tv. Love it. Sonos is easy to set up and switch from tv to any of your favorite music. Pandora I heart etc. it's a bit pricy like they say. But you won't regret it.

Pricey not for the faint of heart must have if you have Sonos system another level really complete system easy to set up app is a plus total sound system for your home you can play different music In every room or group the same music , Addicting you want to buy more speakers and set them up in different areas in your home watching sports and movies just take your TV up to another level

Bought my wife the play 3 for Christmas and was shocked at how great it sounded. Working on building the living room now. Sound bar sounds great. Shocked at the difference it made in movies and video games

Easy to install and setup. Nice quality sound. Easy to control with iPhone/iPad app.

I have a house full of Sonos and have been a Sonos owner for years. Until you have tried these products you have no idea - they are AWESOME. Totally reliable, great sound, simple to use. I love this company!

Completely satisfied with this purchase!!! Highly recommend!! The sound quality is the best!!!! My favorite thing about it is that you can actually hear bass when most soundd bars never have any bass.
