For the price it does quite a lot and easy to hookup and use.

This device does everything I needed. Work's wih new and old components. Provides input / output for TV, Blu Ray DVD, Multi Disk CD Player, and VCR. Best Part is Bluetooth input so I can play Pandora Music throughout the house!

I upgraded my Sony STR-DG520 receiver and I'm glad I did. I no longer have to use an optical cable for my connections and my picture and sound are even better. I have a new appreciation for my TV! I haven't used the Bluetooth feature yet, but look forward to using it soon.

Easy setup and best amplifier in its class. Was able to configure it with my 5.1 speaker system without any problems. Will be planning on adding more speakers. Totally impressed. If it would have Zone 2 would have given a 4 star rating.

I purchased this to replace a dying Onkyo receiver that served me faithfully for several years. The basic features of this one work great. But for the price, that's what you get. Basic. A very basic, but fast interface. No renaming inputs. It sets the woofer level automatically out of the box, making it feel weak. I found the back to be a little cramped, and the wire binding posts are oriented vertically as well. In order to get the wires crimped in, I had to split them a little further than I would have liked. A minor gripe, but it was annoying. $200 bucks is a compelling price point for a 7.2 receiver though, and I'd happily recommend it for the value.

It is a basic model, but the bluetooth makes it nicer than my old Pioneer receiver. Also I find the Sony gear, has less sound interference than the Pioneer models. I got mine in open box sale, so I am very happy for what I paid for it.

Bought this to replace a pioneer unit that lasted 10 months. Sound is amazing for the price of this unit. Hdmi pass through is another nice feature if you have your tv on the wall and use the receiver as an hdmi hub.

Looking for an upgrade to my 1974 Pioneer which was analog only and didn't interface with my new TV, blu-ray, etc. Wasn't expecting much because it was one of the least expensive options, but boy does it work great, especially with my 40 year old studio speakers. Turned my living room into a small theater. Great buy.

I bought this one during Cyber Week because it had 4k pass-through. It works about the same as my first two, but I miss some of the features of my previous Sony STRDH720. The 720 had AV jacks on the front which were very handy for connecting cameras and our Wii game system.

I got this item on sale, and I am pretty happy with it. It has all the basic features and sounds great. My only complaints is that the menu screen looks like a DOS prompt, and that you can't use bluetooth while watching something else. Other than that, it works really well.

Always used Yamaha receivers until i bought a 4k Ultra Sony TV and paired this with it. Had a few issues and Sony support was awesome. Walked me through it within 15 minutes of making the call to their support and now my surround sound is perfect.

I brought it to plug in my speakers and I am enjoying the good music out of it. It has bluetooth option which enables you to listen songs from your phone or tabs which is very convenient. I did not like the cable hook ups on the back side. Except that everything looks good.

The Sony - 1015W 7.2-Ch. 4K Ultra HD and 3D Pass-Through A/V Home Theater Receiver system is a nice addition to my home theater gadgets. It simple and easy to use. Great for the price and enjoy using the bluetooth to play my favorite tunes on my built in home speakers.
