Not happy with this purchase. Remote control is very small with the buttons so close together that 90% of the time you make the wrong choice in the menu. The screen is chockfull of apps and information that you don't need and which is overwhelming. When you try to turn off the set 2 choices appear. One says Re-start and the other one says Close and it takes several tries before you can actually turn off the set.

Great television! This one I have for bedroom, and have another larger one for our family room…
I will never buy another brand but Sony ..first flat screen I bought 15 years ago, just replaced it recently.

In store service was excellent. The person that delivered and set up our tv was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. Very patient with our questions. Explained everything. Made sure we understood it all. I would highly recommend Best Buy Mansfield. Their Geek service is great as well.

It looks nice. Had to go back and pick up the power cord, but that was the only hiccup.

Garbage tv. Avoid

This TV is garbage. Purchased 1 month ago. Every time i turn it off it no longer recognizes my wifi. I then have to unplug it for 30 seconds to reset. It sees my wifi until i turn it off, then it no longer sees my wifi. It is wall mounted so it is extremely difficult to unplug. Wasted $100 on geek suqad protection. Was tolb by Best Buy that it's Sony's problem. Sony doesn't answer the phone.
