Backlight/black screen

Extremely frustrating as I spent 3+ hours trying to troubleshoot and customer service was not helpful once I got through. Geordi the technician from Geek Squad was great but it wasn't something that could be fixed. I tried to schedule an exchange but ran into issues with the model was no longer available and then I couldn't arrange for the delivery of a similar model with installation and had to return the unusable unit for a refund and then I can order a new unit. The whole telephonic experience was frustrating to say the least. Please do better.
