    Picture is excellent while viewing straight on. It gets a little cloudy when viewing from an angle distance, The 4G LED picture is truly excellent.

    Excellent Sony Bravia tv

    This Sony Bravia HDTV was very good, unfortunately Sony remote doesnt turn tv off by pressing power button again. You have to physically walk up to the tv and press power button undeath the tv for 3 seconds. This is why I gave a 4 stars instead of 5 stars. This was a bad design on Sony

This is certainly not the convenient and user-friendly experience we aim to deliver, and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

      We would like to help you resolve this. Sometimes a simple reset of the remote or the TV can fix this issue. We recommend trying new batteries in the remote and, if the problem persists, performing a power reset on the TV by unplugging it for a few minutes. If you're still having trouble, our support team can provide more specific troubleshooting steps to get your remote working as it should.

    Love Sony Products. This replaced the bedroom Sony TV that finally gave out after 34 years this one is just a little larger. Sales person answered all my questions & he loaded in my car

    The quality of the picture is excellent. However, I did not realize getting a Google enabled TV would take over my entire life. It is now encroaching on my phone and every aspect of my TV experience. If I could return the two that I purchased and get great quality as Sony Bravia provides without built-in Google I certainly would.

    I need TECH support!!!

    I am just about to return this TV back to you guys. I cannot for the life of me get the remote to fully connect to the TV and so I haven't been able to watch ANYTHING! I'm 68 and not a techy guy so maybe that's it but it isn't worth it to me to have a new TV on my wall as only a decorative piece of furniture.

      We apologize for the frustration you're having with the remote setup, and this is typically an easy fix. Please try a simple remote reset by removing the batteries, pressing and holding the Power button on the remote for three seconds to discharge any remaining power, and then inserting a fresh set of batteries. If the issue persists, the remote may need to be formally paired: try pressing and holding both the Volume Down button and the Mic button simultaneously for about three seconds to initiate Bluetooth pairing.     Beautiful picture and sound Scant instructions "Google" involvement of no value to us. Tuner less effective than inexpensive TVs. Still, we love it.
