    Love Sony Products. This replaced the bedroom Sony TV that finally gave out after 34 years this one is just a little larger. Sales person answered all my questions & he loaded in my car

    So far so good. Sony is quality, but this is a replacement from the first one I bought. My last one went crazy with lines and blackout spaces on the screen. Thank goodness I was still covered with warranty.

    Picture is excellent while viewing straight on. It gets a little cloudy when viewing from an angle distance, The 4G LED picture is truly excellent.

      To help resolve this issue, please consider the following steps:

      1. Ensure your remote is functioning properly; you might want to try changing the batteries or using a different remote if possible.

      2. Disconnect all external devices, leaving only the AC power cord connected. Sometimes, other devices (such as HDMI-CEC sources) can interfere with the TV menus.

      3. Try restarting the TV by unplugging it for 60 seconds before plugging it back in.
