We understand your feedback regarding the Xfinity app. The Xfinity Stream app is currently not available for direct download on Sony BRAVIA TVs through the Google Play Store. This means that to access Xfinity streaming services, you will need to use an external device such as a Roku stick, as you mentioned. You also can use the built-in Chromecast feature to cast the content from the Xfinity Stream app on your mobile device to this TV. Thanks for choosing Sony. ~Earl

A Perfectly Fine TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'll be the first to admit that I'm not a cinephile by any means, but I upgraded from a 30" TV when I moved into a new apartment and as far a modest upgrade goes, it's...fine, I guess? It's essentially an entry-level 4K TV: it *technically* does HDR but not very well, and I wish it was a bit brighter (or at least had less glare when a light was shined in its general direction). For what it offers, it's fine, if maybe a little expensive. Can't comment on the sound quality, because I immediately hooked it up to my soundbar.

To help maximize the picture quality, please try turning off the Light Sensor in the picture settings and switch to the Vivid Picture Mode in bright rooms, as this will help the screen reach its maximum brightness. Need a manual!!!

Setting up was easy but then the programs we were watching kept freezing. There’s no manual for the remote and looking it up on the internet is a big pain!!! The picture is great but now we’re having trouble on the voice syncing with the person talking.
