At first, I thought paying a lot of money for Sony. We also got a 65 inch 7. LED works so much better for our house. Sony‘s picture is amazing. It’s worth the additional money and I like the TV software it comes with it comes with many channels and you can add your own apps. I didn’t even go to YouTube TV. The sound of the TV is fine, but I prefer a little depth, mid,and highs in my vocal and music qualities.
Definitely might be sticking with Sony now always had Samsung.

Not good for an older person.

Picture is good but instructions are not clear.
I bought this TV for my 98 year old mother.
She likes SONY so thats what I got to replace her older model I would have prefered it not to have google tv. Having google TV made it difficult to set up to just see the cable box. Also it keeps going to sleep when it becomes idle. This is not good for an old lady who often falls asleep an when she wakes expects the TV to be working. I am not sure yet how to fix this issue. Can't Sonay just make a basic TV and not a smart TV.

We understand that setting up a Google TV for someone who may not be as tech-savvy can be challenging. You can configure the TV to start directly with the cable box input. Set the “Power on behavior” setting to either the Google TV Home Screen or your Last Used Input (cable box). Step 1. go to settings. 2.select System 3.select Power and Energy 4.select Power on Behavior 5.select last input used.
This will default the TV to the last used input when powered on. Hope this helps!
To stop the TV from going to sleep automatically, go to 'Settings', then 'Device Preferences', select 'Power', and adjust the 'Sleep Timer' settings to 'Off' or extend the duration. This can help ensure that the TV remains on as needed.

Better sound and picture quality than the other android/smart tvs. Will enjoy watching movies with a great sound bar.

Have been using new Sony Bravia 3 for approximately 3 weeks now. Happy with TV purchase. Giving it 5 stars for it's great sound and picture/color quality. However, within days of using TV, I experienced frequent/ongoing problem with the remote (there is few seconds delay when turning on or off the TV or changing channels. I would have giving overall rating of 5 stars if not for this constant program/on and off delays with either TV or remote. I am in process of calling local Best Buy store in Nashua, NH to see if this a nation wide problem with this Sony TV model or just my set.

Our old TV bit the dust so I found this Sony Bravia
in-stock so I made the purchase and we picked up at the store. This TV is great with its 4D quality! The price fit our budget too! The only thing is that the remote is super sensitive. So be aware of where it is. Overall very happy with this TV!

Excellent TV, but the remote, at times, lags for a second or two, and then the TV RESPONDS to the signal. The picture is very clear and bright. The setup was very easy and intuitive. All in all a very good quality TV.

Bought this to get a bigger TV screen for my room. Always love sony for TVs. I think they make good TVs. Color is good and washed out. Only frustrating part is when i connected it to my roku, every time i turn it on, it’s always wanting to turn on twice before it connects to roku. I dont know if it’s because it’s a google TV? But it shouldn’t be that way. C’mon Sony! And i don’t like google TV!

Purchased a 43 inch Bravia TV to replace my previous one which would not connect to the Internet creating issues. Great picture and easy set up. Not to mention a really good price followed up with some really good service.

Great TV. We have the 65” and 85” as well, same model just bigger, and they’ve been great throughout the years. We keep this one in our gym room, and it has good volume (tv speakers) and easy to watch

Very nice tv with crystal clear screen.
High quality stereo sound and very bright screen from every angle. Highly recommended Tv for any buyer. I will buy this tv again if I ever need a tv in this screen size.

Love the tv picture and sound. HATE the remote. I have ordered 4 different Sony compatible remotes to fix the problem. Original doesn’t have numbers. None work perfectly. Poor remote design. Wish I had returned but it was already wall mounted.
