The colors are fantastic. I normally buy Samsung TV's but I decided to try Sony this time. The price was reasonable and I believe I would definitely buy Sony again.

A smaller, new version of the TV we have in the living room. Our previous TV was the same physical size but had a 32" screen. This 43" takes up the same space.

You don't need 4K signal for this even though it is capable for 4k, and the TV doesn't force you to 'upscale' 2K to 4K. The picture and sound are amazing. I am enjoying it. My Netflix shows are much more interesting now.

In need of an upgrade

New TV for my condo.

I looked on line first then called and spoke with a very nice BB employee. He was very helpful to an 81 year old, somewhat technically challenged, lady. I did the rest on line and it was delivered the next day as promised. Excellent service.

Doesn't meet the Sony brand standard

I purchased the 2022 version of this model and that model had 120hz, this model is only 60hz and the difference is noticeable. I have also noticed that the 2025 model is absent Dolby Vision. So were seeing a downward trend in quality at Sony. I hope someone at Sony notices that customers are noticing this disturbing trend and hope they will act to save their reputation.

I cannot for the life of me get the remote to fully connect to the TV and so I haven't been able to watch ANYTHING! I'm 68 and not a techy guy so maybe that's it but it isn't worth it to me to have a new TV on my wall as only a decorative piece of furniture.

Please try a simple remote reset by removing the batteries, pressing and holding the Power button on the remote for three seconds to discharge any remaining power, and then inserting a fresh set of batteries. If the issue persists, the remote may need to be formally paired: try pressing and holding both the Volume Down button and the Mic button simultaneously for about three seconds to initiate Bluetooth pairing.
