    This Sony Bravia HDTV was very good, unfortunately Sony remote doesnt turn tv off by pressing power button again. You have to physically walk up to the tv and press power button undeath the tv for 3 seconds. This is why I gave a 4 stars instead of 5 stars. This was a bad design on Sony

      We are so pleased to hear that you find your K43S30 television to be very good! We also understand your frustration with the remote control and the power button functionality. This is certainly not the convenient and user-friendly experience we aim to deliver, and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

      We would like to help you resolve this. Sometimes a simple reset of the remote or the TV can fix this issue. We recommend trying new batteries in the remote and, if the problem persists, performing a power reset on the TV by unplugging it for a few minutes. If you're still having trouble, our support team can provide more specific troubleshooting steps to get your remote working as it should.

    Purchased for my grandmother as an upgrade to her older TV. Super easy setup and has a great picture. For the price, you won’t get the best of the best picture, but won’t be disappointed, either.

    I purchased this TV to replace a previous TV whose backlight had failed. The picture and sound quality are excellent. I watch TV through both an HDMI satellite box as well as through several streaming services. When I watch older shows that predate HD by decades, I'm impressed by just how clear the engine upscales the images. I made a few extra tweaks of my own on top of those settings, and everything looks even better. I subtract two stars because this TV doesn't support wi-fi direct display mirroring for Windows laptops. The much cheaper TV this one replaced had that feature. I hope Sony rolls this out at some point through firmware. If they do, this will be a perfect TV.

As an alternative, you may use the built-in Chromecast of the TV to cast your favorite websites and app screens on your mobile device or computer directly to the TV.
