Worth the Price

Didn't care for an OLED or super big screen, so this was the best deal for me. It does what I want, works with the rest of my equipment, and has had no issues

First smart tv

Customer service was awesome. We had two young men helping us, one a Best Buy employee and the other a Sony rep. They answered all our questions, and we had many. Never once did they act as though we were asking stupid questions. We appreciated their patience with two elderly people who don’t fully understand today’s technology. Great experience! Thanks guys!

I had another brand of Smart TV that lasted only about 2 years before it died and could not be fixed so I am hoping this Sony will give better performance. As a pretty tech savvy over 70 year old woman I was able to set it up without any help. So far I have just used it to watch cable TV and my Britbox subscription which was pretty easy to add to the choices. It is nice to just be able to push buttons on the two remotes to switch between the two rather than have to find my phone and use that to change back and forth.

Missing a leg - "excellent" condition

The styrofoam was mostly intact, the cardboard box was a little beat up but taped up well. Everything inside the box (cable, remote control, etc.) was in its original packaging, unopened. Problem is that it was missing a leg! BestBuy won't send a replacement leg, only do a refund or replacement in store or through a UPS store. This was too much of a hassle for us, so we just ordered replacement legs from eBay. The TV itself is great, sound quality seems pretty good by itself, but we have it running through a soundbar. 5 stars for the TV itself, but 2 stars because BestBuy couldn't be bothered to make sure all the parts were there.
