It's getting harder and harder to find smaller TVs, so I'm pleased Sony offers this model. The 4K picture is incredible, the Google software works flawlessly, and the setup was simple. I would recommend this TV to anyone looking for a small, affordable TV.

Good Service-Great Product!

Had to reorder & have new one delivered. I returned the original one with no issues. Everyone involved was most helpful, polite & professional. Just a “human error”. TV is greatly being enjoy-fab quality! So nice to have a SMART TV!

Remote control is very small with the buttons so close together that 90% of the time you make the wrong choice in the menu. The screen is chockfull of apps and information that you don't need and which is overwhelming. When you try to turn off the set 2 choices appear. One says Re-start and the other one says Close and it takes several tries before you can actually turn off the set.

Nice picture awful menu

This one came with a different controller that quit after one month. Bought a generic knock off that works just as well but for the tv menu to select a show is arduous if you use antenna.
