Happy with TV purchase. Giving it 5 stars for it's great sound and picture/color quality. However, within days of using TV, I experienced frequent/ongoing problem with the remote (there is few seconds delay when turning on or off the TV or changing channels. I would have giving overall rating of 5 stars if not for this constant program/on and off delays with either TV or remote. I am in process of calling local Best Buy store in Nashua, NH to see if this a nation wide problem with this Sony TV model or just my set.

But I had a "deal" on a Samsung so I tried that first. Unfortunately, we connect to a Roku Ultra for all of our TV watching (all streaming) and the Samsung turns on with all of its apps and gets in the way of the Roku screen. We exchanged the Samsung for this TV and we MUCH happier. Very good picture quality out of the box, everything just works.

Always love sony for TVs. I think they make good TVs. Color is good and washed out. Only frustrating part is when i connected it to my roku, every time i turn it on, it’s always wanting to turn on twice before it connects to roku. I dont know if it’s because it’s a google TV? But it shouldn’t be that way. C’mon Sony! And i don’t like google TV!

Great Picture Quality convenient features

The remotes quick access buttons are very convient for accessing streaming services, and the microphone feature makes it easy to find what you want to watch on the streaming services that you pay for. I have ordered 4 different Sony compatible remotes to fix the problem. Original doesn’t have numbers. None work perfectly. Poor remote design. Wish I had returned but it was already wall mounted.

I was looking for a TV that had all the current features, like Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. At this price point, other high-end brands like Samsung and LG don’t even offer both of these features, but Sony does. The TV also has excellent sound and picture quality. The four HDMI ports are a nice touch. Overall, this TV checks all the boxes. My wife loves it too! I definitely recommend the Sony - 43" Class BRAVIA 3 TV.
