Thank you for purchasing the KD-43X85K. Glad to hear you like the amazing picture quality this TV delivers. We are so sorry, but there is no numpad on the K series remote control. It has a new standard remote with smaller, sleeker, less buttons and easy to clean. However, the supplied TV remote has 123 (Control menu) button. You can press this button, and it will display a menu on the TV to use button functions that are not on the remote control on the screen so you can easily enter a channel.

I already have a 55 LG CX and didnt really need one. I was looking at Samsung, LG and Sony. Mainly bought it for the 120Hz support so that I can use it with my future purchase of gaming pc. Only two ports support 120Hz though. And some of the reviews indicate problems connecting to PC. Also does not support AMD Freesync. But seems to be a perfect tv for PS5.

Thank you for the 5-star rating! We're glad to hear how your new TV fits perfectly on your den/loft. Unfortunately, they are not certified for FreeSync. The X85K TV supports features specified in HDMI2.1 including the 4K120, eARC, VRR, and ALLM via HDMI inputs 3 & 4. If you are using a PC for a source then you can use adaptive sync thru HDMI port 3 or 4 on your display settings thru the graphics card and a custom resolution for PC.

Once there I realized the 50" would have been probably to big to carry. I settled on the 43", very happy with the size and the TV is great. Just big enough across from our bed.

Nice a bright, vivid picture and most software already loaded. Only downside is LG and Sony don't allow the spectrum app to be loaded. We went with Ruko and works just fine. We had the cable box mounted behind the TV, but added the Roku so no cables and I think it works better.

Good to know you like the rich, vivid picture and huge range of apps from Google Play Store that make your like more fun and entertaining. Unfortunately, the Spectrum app is not currently available on the X85K. However, good to hear the streaming device works fine with the TV. You can also use the built-in Chromecast feature to cast the content/channel from the Spectrum app on your mobile device to the TV.

I really enjoy that it has google assistant, so I can pair it to my google home. I also bought this through Best Buy’s Open Box program, in “excellent condition”. I was excited at first about the purchase but then when I went to pick up my TV I was disappointed to see that even though it was supposed to be “excellent condition”, it was missing a few key items( i.e. remote and the legs for the stand). But I was assisted by someone from customer service and they made things right. All in all TV is great for what I have been using if for.
