Set-up Problem?

I called totaltech and was on the phone for over 30 minutes, but the phone agent was unable to resolve my problem. The agent finally advised me to call Spectrum. The Spectrum agent resolved my problem in less than 5 minutes. Not sure if being a totaltech member is worth the money! One week later, I experienced the same problem connecting to my Spectrum cable service. Once again I had to call Spectrum to advise me on how to connect to my cable service. Is there a problem with the way my TV was set up or is there a problem with my Spectrum cable box? I should not be experiencing this problem after using totaltech for the installation and set-up.

Does what it's supposed to!

I feel Sony, using Google's operating system, is the most intuitive of the OS's out there. I have a high-end Sony from 2018 and this 2023 TV is a bit different as far as controls, but still better than Visio, Samsung, and others, it's the closest to using your smartphone you'll find, very intuitive!
