Since it is a VA panel it will look less pleasing from other viewing angles. The sound is great for TV speakers and you can't go wrong when trying to make this a PC monitor which I did.

Sony knows what they did with this one. Definitely recommend this over the monitor they came out with especially if you play on a TV vs Monitor. Soo much you can get out of a tv rather than monitor

It has a clear, sharp, bright picture even for sports. We like streaming with built-in Chromcast. It has excellent reception with antenna. However, the controls are non-intuitive and complex. I wish it would return to last channel viewed upon restart. Sony should include a printed manual with basic navigation instruction. Online manual opens thousands of unusable pathways.

So i found this Sony, also an open box and it was worth the effort of the return. Very sharp picture, great colors, lots of apps, good local off air tuner. Could be better with the android setup, lack of numbers on remote. The 43” size is perfect for my small office.

The processor for the motion rate works really well. The tv responds with the remote well and is easy to set up with pretty much all the main streaming apps. Its a little more expensive than other tvs this size but you can easily tell the quality compared to the other cheaper tvs.

Out of the box the picture quality wasn't great but after making changes to the settings they are really great now. Especially watching 4K movies, the colors pop. I'm happy with my purchase so far and would recommend it. I just wish Sony would do a better job explaining the TV settings and the buttons on the remote. The documentation that comes with the TV is real basic and you have to go the Sony site to look at their documentation online for more information but they aren't in depth either. Other than that, I like the TV so far and colors look good gaming on Playstation as well.

Living in a small studio apartment, I use it for my primary TV as well as my computer monitor . It has a very bright, clear picture. The motion when watching high speed sports events or action movies is phenomenal. It gets rave comments from guests and visitors just for it’s smooth action and clarity alone! It’s got some cool features. For example, it switches from TV mode to computer mode when I move my mouse. There are many other features but I don’t know how to use a lot of them yet. It’s a slow “trial and error” learning curve because I’m just a television/internet user user, not an internet researcher engineer. It would be great if it came with a user manual! Minus one star! Pretty easy to use but there is no manual that came with it so there is a lot of capability that I don’t understand yet
