I love this TV. I always wanted a big screen TV and finally got want I wanted. Picture quality surpasses expectations and gives a great new feeling when watching movies. I noticed things in movies I missed when watching on other screens. Love Sony and compliments my PS4.

The set up was easy enough, and while maybe not at the top of the product food chain for Sony I have really enjoyed my new TV. Being an Android TV is great, and I feel like I am just scratching the surface with it. But first and foremost the picture is really good, and it is especially good for gaming and sports. Highly recommend.

I purchased this product to replace a 40 inch Sony that I have had for a number of years. The one Sony I had was an excellent one and is still in service in my house. I wanted a little larger screen, this one fits the space I have. So far it is an excellent product and I am very well satisfied with it, has good color and a good picture.

Great picture quality. Great processor. Easy to use smart features. The 8 series is definitely worth the investment.

User friendly feature, easy to manipulate, great pictures

This TV is awesome for the price. I wanted something under a grand and this TV was the best in it's class. The image is very crisp on HDTV, streaming, and video games. I love the Netflix button on the remote too. I've never had a "smart" tv before but this is dope.

I bought the 43" model of this tv and it was defective. I returned it and purchased this bigger model and it is amazingly clear, good sound... I can't find anything about it that I don't like. The Best Buy staff was wonderful throughout the initial purchase, the return, and the subsequent new purchase. Overall a great experience.

I had a 10 year old Samsung 40" 1080p that served me well, so I headed off to Best Buy to purchase a Samsung replacement. I decided to look around at what else was available. From the time I laid eyes on this TV I knew it was the one. Great picture watching sports or tv. I play PlayStation on it and the graphics are awesome!

This set replaced a ten year old Sony of the same size. The overall dimensions and weight were quite a lot smaller and fit very well in the space available. The setup was easy and the interface with my cable company went very well. Connecting to my wifi network was seamless and simple. The builtin apps are okay but I honestly prefer the Apple TV for most of the same programs. It's actually easier to stream from my Ipad to the Apple TV than it is to use the browser.

THIS WAS THE BEST TV I COULD HAVE GOTTEN FOR THE SPACE I HAD AVAILABLE. IT REPLACED AN OLD 27 INCH TUBE-TYPE SONY THAT WAS STILL WORKING, BUT........... SERIOUSLY -- HIGH DEF AND BRIGHT PICTURE BEATS IT HANDS DOWN! AFTER WE GOT THE TV IN, THE WIFE WALKED BY THE ROOM'S DOOR FOR THE FIRST TIME AND EXCLAIMED, 'WOW!!'

Mine is a VA imo and the blacks are deep and the TV looks great especially running 4K movies on my XB1 Slim. A lot of problems with the 49 inch for other people but mine seems to be like the 43 inch. Doesn't have any white wash, check out the youtube vids of this and the 43 inch on SegaSaturnSNK youtube channel.

Obviously, the first thing you notice about this 4K ultra HD TV is the intensity of colors and crisp images. What was nice was the ease of set up and the help/tutorials that are built into the program. Everything you need to know and do, or are just curious about, is in there. Very happy with this purchase!
