Good Tv...If it Works

The first one I purchased would not come on (no lights, no nothing) and I ended up calling customer support that told me to send the tv in for repair. At this point the TV was in my position for ~3 hours. I retuned it to the store the next morning for a new one and that one worked fine. This is the reason for the 3 stars.
