Menu is terrible & no Amazon Video

There are 42 tiles you cannot delete or even rearrange. The Amazon Video app was buggy but after the update it will not even load. The voice recognition is better than the Samsung. The picture is good, but this still loses big points for the permanent app ads on the menu I will never use.
