TV picture is beautiful but the sound cuts out on a regular basis. Seems the TV/Sound bar are not communicating. Geek Squad has been out once already, worked on the problem but it doesn't seem to be fixed. They will be out again. Both Geek Squad guys are great, very friendly, knowledgable and efficient. However, unfortunately as much as they tried, the problem isn't fixed sooooo, we will see how things go from here. The saga continues......can't say I want these products.

Not as happy as I had hoped to be
