turning on TV problem

we bought the TV and it was great until there was problem turning back on the TV. we have reset the power plug and still not working. called Best Buy (Geek Squad) about the problem and we had it replaced, and they installed it for us. It is now working so far

took a month to figure out how to turn on voice!!!
multiple restarts re install user names passwords etc
will need geek squad to sort out hook up to 30 yr old entertainment home center

I thought it would be much brighter and colors exceptional but they r not much brighter than older Samsung. My room is very bright and that may be a factor.

the tv is really great and the geek team that set up my new tv was great. And i recommend tat if you have any think that you buy at best buy and need it set up hire them .

I have a Sony XR 90, 65" from 2 years ago as well. This is a step down as it relates to clarity and less adjustment but a solid TV. It will probably last years longer than cheaper brands and models which is the draw to Sony for me.

I'm having nothing but issues with this tv! The view is fine but it takes forever to do any kind of setting task. It's like finding a needle in a haystack when you're used to just a simple return button. It's absurd what you have to go through! Not only that but if you don't have internet it makes your life a living nightmare! I keep trying simple wireless display adapters to mirror my phone to the TV and it's been nothing but a nightmare nothing works! I've tried hotspot to this TV and it won't connect! My hotspot says it's giving off internet but my TV won't connect.. it's a living nightmare going back
Thanks for letting us know the situation with your BRAVIA TV. We understand this is not the experience that our customer are meant to go through. For this type of situations, where your TV is not connecting to internet, we recommend some troubleshooting steps:
1. Perform a power reset on the TV: Unplug the device from the power source for 2 minutes 3. Perform a power reset on the router: Unplug the device from the power source for 1-2 minutes 3. Set the correct date and time on TV: You can go to settings > System > Date and Time > Automatic date & time > OFF
