The sound was ok as well, although I am using a sound bar for movies and the like. The one knock is that like the previous flatscreen, it tends to reflect lights and the like which can be annoying if this is in a dark part of the picture.

The sound being satisfactory even without a soundbar is a plus, though it's smart to use one for an enhanced experience with movies. The reflection issue is also noted. To achieve the best picture quality, we recommend not exposing the screen to direct illumination or sunlight and avoiding installing the TV in a room with reflective walls and floor materials. Using a brighter Picture Mode, like Vivid or Standard, will also help reduce reflection while watching TV or gaming. Thank you for choosing Sony! -Jess

I checked with the Geek Sqd. and they advised me that although we are members (just renewed ) ion ``/07/23 their now not provide installation and setup free on a new purchase like we had some things done at our FL mobile home when purchased and installed to our computer there. We were not really to happy with that as have been members for about 5-6 years and have cost you very little service time of the Geek Sq. We understood that this was just started prior to our TV purchased and may have overlapped. I would li,e to talk to a manager. Howard Newcomer 412=498=8903

Great Replacement TV

The TV is responsive, has great picture quality, and connects to all my streaming services just fine. Only downside is that the sound could use some oomph, but you can hear everything that is going on. Nothing that a surround sound system or soundbar couldn't resolve. Overall, a very worthwhile purchase for a full array LED TV.

Using Roku instead of built in apps because we are used to that and it works well for us. Only problem is our auxiliary sound system which we had on our old Sony Bravia doesn’t always come on and it is a Sony sound system so I am not sure what is going on with that. So far have not figured that out. Other than that it is a great television
