    This TV looks great and is a nice upgrade over our previous Sony TV. The OLED display is bright. It's also been great for the PS5 Pro and the gaming mode offers clean visuals.

    The picture quality was very good. The sound was as you would expect for a thin tv. We ended up returning the TV because it does not have a sleep timer to turn off the set. We bought a Samsung OLED and are very happy with that. Both were priced within a few bucks of each other.

    Good, but not great. This new OLED from Sony has a good picture, but it’s too dim to even enjoy (especially if you watch HDR or Dolby Vision content). I returned it and purchased a Bravia 7 mini LED, which is much brighter with an equally good picture quality.

    Delivery team was excellent. Customer service over the phone needs a lot of help. Was even promised a $40 gift card for a mistake your team made for my inconvenience that was never recieved in the mail as promised. Product I purchased was as expected and very good for the price

    TV great…installation came early but had to purchased a HMDI cord from installer. I asked to use the $10 gift certificate but they didn’t know how to do. I contacted Cust. Service and rep indicated within 24 hrs they would credit my acct. Still haven’t recd the credit. Pls contact me on this.

    Only had the TV for 4 day's but it has a beautiful picture and sound is good. I did not get a sound bar. I hope this TV lasts as long as my first Sony Bravia smart TV, 15 years!

    We were informed this TV was not compatible without cable provider after the purchase during the setup, but fortunately our cable company saved the day and guided us through another means to stream with this TV and then proceed to instruct us on how to setup everything so we only have to use one remote!!

    The last one was a Sony Bravia about 8-10 years old. It had aging issues, but not picture. This TV does not look any different to us. We replaced it because it was coming on by itself, slowing..
