    COMPLICATED TO GET TO ABS AND THE SET UP TO THE RECEIVER IS DIFFICULT TO USE. THAT MIGHT BE TO HOW THE TECH SET IT UP OR THAT IS JUST COMPLICATED.

    I have bought this tv in Sept 2025 and this tv freeze every time when I am watching movie or drama randomly until you have to restart the tv manually. Remote also stops working when tv freeze so you cannot even close the app or do anything. Pls do not waste your money this is a garbage.

      We are truly sorry to hear that you are having such a frustrating experience with your K-65S20M2 television and that it is freezing randomly, requiring a manual restart by unplugging the power cord. That is certainly not the reliable performance we intend for our customers.

      The freezing and the remote becoming unresponsive simultaneously points to a core operating system issue, which is disruptive to your enjoyment.

      For these kinds of persistent software glitches, we generally recommend a couple of troubleshooting steps that often resolve the issue, particularly after you've had the TV for a little while and apps have been installed:

      Clear Cache: Clearing the cache for the individual streaming apps or the overall system can free up resources and prevent freezing.

      Factory Data Reset: While it requires setting up the TV again, a factory reset is often the most effective solution for deep-seated software conflicts that cause freezing.

    Great tv, not so great service.

    Purchased two of these, the product is great but the service was terrible so only gave 3 stars. Tried to get both delivered but seems thats just not impossible and one best buy team will just push you off to another so ended up just picking them and wasting gas money. I really don't blame the people they are only doing what they can and are told to do. Best buy was once great with customer service, now just don't try to call the store or customer services.

    I reviewed misinformation from the salesman/ so I sent it back. I have been with Best Buy for decades first as a Total Tech member then as a Total member when they changed policy. When they had a Total Tech policy you purchased a TV; they delivered, set up and mounted for free or as part of the cost of the TV. Now they charge $200 for delivery and set up and $250 to include mounting. They will mount any TV you take home for $250. Not happy.

    Video and audio are excellent and better than the base LG model. It was difficult to set up as compared to LG. I also like that LG provides free channels.

    Great Service- enjoy the TV

    No complaints, did research that said Sony was the brand to buy plus my other TVs are Sony. Had home delivery, driver was in touch via phone prior to delivery and arrived at the set time. Price match guarantee- saw the same model at BB about 2 weeks later for $100 less. BB refunded $100-no problem.
