    Worst Sony TV I’ve purchased

    I have bought Sony TVs for 20 years, we have 5 totalin our house. Purchased and received this 65” Bravia 7 on Sept 6th. Great picture, however, Nov 14th, it would not power on. Did ALL of the troubleshooting areps with no luck. Called Sony, arranged for repair. Technician installed 1 new board and still no power. Arranged for a second service call and technician installed 2 different boards. That repair worked. December 30th and the TV would not power on again. Did ALL of the trlubleshooting steps AGAIN, still no power. Callrd Sony, representative was td new and old case number, then pased me to the previous representative i worked with on the first repair. No answer, left voucemail. December 31st, i get a call back from a different representative. I told him the history and recent troubleshooting steps. He wasnt listening to me and i asked for another representative. This reprentatove listened but still insisted that i needed to do yet again, “FORCED FACTORY RESET” which i tried 3 times already. Now it is NYE and no one in the office for 2 more days.

    I really like the PlayStation features for this tv. It's frustrating that the TV remote has 3 different buttons for the settings. The picture quality is outstanding when it comes to being vivid but lacking in the dark images. Huge upgrade over the 2020 lg TV I had

    My Sony had problems.

    Beautiful picture, however, after one week the picture froze three times and the TV restarted itself. Then on the fourth time it didn't restart. Even the on/off button didn't function, so I had to unplug the TV from the back of the set. Also, the volume would lower and rise for no reason. I think, this particular set was a lemon.
