I bought this TV at the Best Buy Outlet as an open box/return. It was missing all accessories except the remote. It died two days after i got it up and running. But Sony support was great. They sent me a brand new model with all the accessories included. This TV performs so well. Very clear and bright even in the sun

Sony Bravia 7, Great TV

We decided to upgrade our TV and get one with a Next Gen tuner. This TV is great, the picture is so clear and bright. We use an antenna to get our stations in and we are about 50-60 miles from the stations. We are able to get more stations than we did with the old tv. We have had the TV for about a month and so far it has been great.

Excellent TV, exceptionally bright and better at handling glare in a bright room than an older Sony 65 9 series of similar quality (for 5 years ago). I was advised not to go OLED in a bright room. Interface is also way better and google TV is a huge improvement from older TV.

After adjusting settings on the TV it looks amazing! So remember to turn power saver off

Replaced my Sony Bravia 55” with this 65” Bravia mini led tv. Colors are life like and brilliant. Also added a Sony L400 sound bar that Sony recommended for this tv to enhance the already excellent sound

Best I ever owned I’ve always wanted a Sony qled so bright and crisp clear I’m still in awww very pleased I’d diffently would get another one if I could afford to do so I had to save to get the one I got

Great picture quality on the bravia 7 sometimes i actually dial back the brightness though.4k hdr content is really amazing also i had it delivered by geek squad and installed they were very professional and knowledgeable i would shout them out but i already deleted my text messages and i can't remember their names never the less i highly recommend using geek squad if you have a complicated setup to do.

Crystal Clear Amazing Picture Quality but....

This Bravia picture quality is stunning. SPECTACULAR !! It just blew me away I couldn't believe how crystal clear and perfect it is.
Which is exactly why I purchased the TV I need the crystal clear picture. And this is it. No question.
All the shows even the older shows look amazing on this TV. No other TV out there right now has Sony's technology for picture.
None.
There was one major problem though.
The operating system
The way the operating system is set up is so incredibly bad I couldn't deal with it anymore, I had return the TV. Between the operating system and the remote I was ready to freakin ****!*$**!.
I was really sad to have to give it back because that picture I needed to have that picture.
I just couldn't deal with all the glitches in the operating system it drove me insane.
The picture alone would be worth keeping it if I could handle the problematic operating system.
Very very disappointed.

I've had Sony after Sony in years past and been nothing but pleased. Then I decided maybe some other (less expensive) brand was as good and tried a couple of those. Those lasted about 3 years each (I still have a 14 year old set chugging right along). So I decided to spring for another Sony. Almost twice the price as comparable brands, but thought it would be good. What's changed is that this version is very very difficult to navigate and when I'm looking at settings, I can barely see it the screen's so dark. And even then I can't seem to find how to brighten the picture *easily*. My understanding is that the picture shouldn't be set at "vivid" because it shortens the life of things, but that's the only way I can really see a clear, crisp picture. And I can't seem to really do much to adjust the sound the way the salesperson said I could. The other day the entire set seemed to automatically reset itself and I thought I would never be able to get things back to the way I like them. So, yes, IF you can get the settings adjusted the way you like, then this Bravia looks great, but it shouldn't be so hard. And why don't they have the apps built in for the popular streaming services (Hulu, for example)? I have to fumble around and fumble around if I want to access my Hulu account. Just put more apps built-in like you have for Netflix, etc. I think it might help if Sony had had some actual "regular" users test setting up, managing the controls before they released this model to the public. Maybe you're a genius and it won't seem difficult to you, but be forewarned that unless you're *really* tech savvy, this may be a headache of a model for you, too.

I would recommend this tv but be prepared for a mirror. Turning the brightness up can overcome the glare.

I love my Sony - 65" class BRAVIA 7 Mini LED QLED 4K UHD Smart Google TV (2024). My previously purchased Bravia (another model) had to be replaced while under warranty. This newer mini LED is so much brighter and works beautifully in my very bright sunroom.

Not as good as a Sony should be

My previous TV was a 49" Sony Bravia X900. The Bravia 7 has more vivid reds, but the blues and greens seem a bit subdued in comparison to the X900, and it definitely suffers from glare. The remote for the Bravia 7 has been over-simplified. I've been a dedicated Sony customer for a long time, but it might be time to look at LG or Samsung. I would have returned this unit, but I discarded the box, so that isn't possible. I'm sure it will last a long time, but this time I'll be hoping it doesn't.
