I’ve never owned a 120hz TV but man does it make a difference. Smoothest gameplay I’ve ever experienced (playing with a PS5.) Besides the gaming, Dolby Vision and HDR10 looks great on here. The only thing I would critique is the brightness and the standard “vivid” display mode that the tv is set to at default. “Vivid” doesn’t give the TV a chance to boast its awesome graphics, but that can be fixed with customizing the tv settings the way you want. Again, GREAT TV.

I wish I had made this purchase sooner. The picture and sound quality are excellent I had this mounted on my wall by Best But tech. Pleased with their work. I do not have a sound bar with this tv and do not need one. I am a senior who uses hearing aids and find the sound quality to be an important feature. I highly recommend this television.

Lines on TV when watching Prime

I just bought this TV after contemplating on getting another Samsung but we figured we give Sony a try after seeing how good the image looked in store. The picture and sound works great. The issue I am having is when using the Amazon Prime Video app I get lines going across the screen. It goes away eventually but comes back at the start of every show or movie. This doesn’t happen with other apps and I’ve tried updating the tv and uninstall/reinstall the Prime app but the lines still come up. Now I have to try to find the time to drive 45min to the nearest Best Buy to swap the TV. It’s frustrating that this is happening after buying a new TV.

It is an amazing experience to watch this tv. Started watching a show that might be a bit boring, but continue to watch because the cinematography is spectacular and it really comes through on this tv. My photo of the screen saver does NOT do it justice. The room is incredible bright with window glare. If I can load the spectrum app that would be great but I have not tried it yet even though others have said that you can not. This is the only negative for the tv and the only reason it is not 5 stars. Best Buy in store tv salesman super knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery was great. Appointment scheduling needs a little improvement such as being able to adjust the large time frame.

I can’t go back to anything lower than 4K now without it looking fake. True color with the oled screen, everything is so vibrant. Had the geek squad come out and install and hook up all the remotes together as we have 3 and now only 1. From the little bit of the tv sound I did use it sounded very crisp. The geeks also tweaked some picture settings to really separate the colors.

Decided to upgrade to go with my PS5 and have the best possible graphics. I previously had another brand that was supposed to be high end but it didn’t last not even a year before I wanted to throw it out of the window. Very happy I upgraded and this Tv is so darned good!

Im not even sure how they can priloduce that kind of sound from a TV that thin, but wow. Games, movies, and music will blow you away. OLED over LCD all day. Get the Totaltech program through Best Buy and you get incredible coverage and installation services which makes spending a little bit more worry free.

My mom bought a Sony 4K tv a while back and it’s always looked so clear so I decided to get a Sony as well and I don’t regret it. The quality is so good you can see every detail on the screen the colors are vibrant. I bought a surround sound system and it doesn’t even need it just with the tv speakers alone it has great sound! Best purchase I’ve made so far.

It has a great picture this is an OLED TV. I love the picture quality MOST of the time. It has a hard time keeping up with motion flow on some fast action pictures or even when Sports but 85% of the time it's great. Movie show are spectacular. I thought it would be a better TV when I have cheaper TVs at home that do not shutter or stutter trying to get the framework right. I have changed all the settings trying to set the TV up to the best specs. Even up in the motion flow and sometimes still get glitches. I hope there's an update soon to fix the glitching

With significantly brighter, sharper colors and user-friendly remote, the Sony XR smart to proved to be far superior to anything in the market. However, video streaming does lag at times and this can become annoying. Even with roughly 600 mbs internet speed at the tv from Nighthawk 4s router and new Arris SB8200 modem, the video still lags. Hopefully, Sony will address this in the near future.

The matte screen reduces glare from the large windows in the room. With the speakers in the screen facing forward sound is so good we may not buy a sound bar. Highly recommend!
