Posted .Hi Phat760, Thanks for purchasing the 65" A80K. We regret to hear if you find the TV's picture not good and it hasn't performed to your standard. We'd like to verify if you're getting poor picture quality from an internal app or an external device? The quality of the source is also a big factor in getting an excellent picture quality. Having said that, picture mode settings provide preset adjustments for the type of picture you are viewing. Picture settings also allow a wide array of changes to color, contrast, motion settings, and brightness that can improve the viewed content on your Google TV.
Note: TVs are set up for Shop Front display settings, while in a store, which are very bright and vivid.

Nothing like the display model

Just disappointed in the fact that when The Geek Squad showed up to install the set,(and they did a good job) I was informed that my TV wouldn't look anything like the one in the store. Why, I asked, and he explained to me all about the 4K issue. Wish I was told this by the salesman at the store. Caveat Emptor? Not too sure about that.
