Great TV. But go prepared with research.

When purchased, there was a Sony specialist there on location. The only thing I would say is that there should always be a Best Buy associate there to help. When I was asking about competitive brands. The guy would not help me. Had there been a Best Buy associate there I could have gotten better feedback across all brands. However, I have done my own homework, and knew what I was looking for. But for the casual shopper this was not the optimal experience. As a casual shopper and buyer, I would want to know details about all TV’s being considered not just one brand.
