Amazing tv with startup hassles

The reason this gets only 4 stars is the tv did not come updated and would not connect to the Internet. I was on the phone with the cable company and Best buy going back and forth to see whose fault it was. I was renting a modem from the cable company and it was their most updated modem. I was told that others had the same problem after buying this tv and it's an update issue. Eventually the issue was able to be fixed and I decided to buy a good modem and router rather than rent one from the cable company to hopefully avoid future problems if the tv is not compatible with the cable company's modem, but it should not have been such a hassle for a quality tv like this one.
