Misinformation of product.

When we were deciding to purchase this TV, we asked twice if the Spectrum app would be on the home screen. Twice, the salesperson said it would be. We asked because the Amazon Fire TV did not because of not having an agreement with Sprectrum. Upon setting up the TV, we found the same was true with Google TV. Extremely frustrating. We had to purchase a Roku stick to get access to the app and now have to use two remotes to access the programs/apps we use.

BRAVIA™ Sync, BRAVIA Link, and CONTROL for HDMI are names of the HDMI-CEC feature on Sony products. The HDMI-CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) is a HDMI® standard that provides control functions between different A/V devices such as TVs, home theater systems, Blu-ray Disc™ players, Cameras, Camcorders, and other HDMI devices. It allows you to control CEC compatible devices with one remote control.
For HDMI-CEC function to work, it must have a physical and logical address. If all the HDMI ports of the TV are used by these devices listed below, HDMI-CEC can address (assign a logical address) up to 15 devices, or a maximum of 16 devices if all devices are addressed.
