    I have bought Sony tv’s for many years and they have given me good service. I have to say this the best tv On the market today. If you can afford it buy this one because you won’t be disappointed.

    Tv is great, there was lots of details regarding what wasn’t included during time of purchase such as remote, tv stand, wrapped in plastic, was nerve racking during transportation

    I didn’t put a full review yet. Because I haven’t open the box until now. Waiting for my basement furniture to arrive before setting up the Sony oled tv. Also I’m looking for good surround sound system that goes along with the Sony tv. Waiting for the best deal in the market for now.

    I only stream and software has glitches. Black screen with white dots at the edge twice and a split screen twice in 45 days. If not for the glitches the picture is amazing.

    Great picture. Bought a Sony tv for long term quality. Unfortunately I’m beginning to wonder. The picture goes black from time to time and the only way to correct it is unplug it and let it reset. Disappointing for a Sony.

    Television powers off while viewing. Sony Bravia TV crashed within first 2 weeks and has not been operable since. Television does not power on at times.

    That true black screen is awesome. I had always wanted one of these but was skeptical to see it in my living room as apposed to seeing at bestbuy. I was not disappointed!

    Think twice about Sony TVs

    Sony TVs have an issue where the screen goes black. To resolve you have to turn it off for a few minutes then turn it back on. Makes it hard to watch anything. If you reach out to Sony they say, "our technicians are aware of the problem and are working on it." The issue has been going on for almost a year now and Sony refuses to help. They told me today they can't replace my TV because they have this issue with all their TVs. I find that very hard to believe.

    The picture is great. However, it does not support google chrome. Does not support good internet browsers. When using Hulu APP it will not allow you to use some of the add ons that HULU offers. The app states that features are not available. The Prime app that is preinstalled is poorly created for the tv. It goes blury on and off. (not the internet). If i use the roku for prime this does not happen. States that it is bluetooth. The bluetooth does not work.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding the Bluetooth function and installation of Google Chrome on the TV. Unfortunately, Google Chrome app is not available in Google Play Store for Google TV. To access a web browser, like the Vewd Browser, please check the Google Play Store or Search for apps under the Apps tab on the Home menu. There is not one pre-installed.

      You can download the Hulu app on the TV, however, the video content also depends on your subscriptions to the streaming apps. Please make sure the app is updated to the latest version. For more about the features/offers on Hulu, and how to purchase the add-on, please refer to Hulu app support site.

      For streaming, quality depends on the original video provided by the video content provider and your connection bandwidth. If your network is not fast enough, you cannot enjoy 4K/HDR content at the best quality. The required network speed depends on the service.       The A80K already has a built-in Bluetooth function.     I love almost everything about this TV. The resolution is unreal and it worked perfectly right out of the box. My only difficulty is that it doesn't always work as expected with Amazon Alexa. A small drawback considering all of the positives.
