Sony Ain't What It Used To Be

I'd have to pull the power plug and wait a minute to get it back. Without a Geek Squad warranty I was directed to call Sony for support. Sony wants to troubleshoot the problem over the phone. For two grand I was expecting more.

Then, after one week of no TV, the TV turned on all by itself. It’s possessed! We reported the problem to our Best Buy store. They ordered a new remote (only because we had extra guarantee). It will take over one week for remote & geek to come to our house to correct the crazy TV & remote.
