Great Product - Terrible Delivery Service

The one hired for this product nearly hosed up my holidays by claiming they could not find my house, and I double checked the delivery address on the order to ensure accuracy and they still were lost.

Both color and motion are on par with sore of the higher end models I researched. Pretty good sound, much better than my 3 year old XBR, but still needs a soundbar to get clear, crisp conversations at low volume. Overall great buy.

Apps were a bit glitchy at first (Jan-mar 2024) but the Google os updates seemed to have fixed freezing /hanging up app issues. Only thing that can use improvement is the glare, reflections, from lighting, windows when the TV brightness is not maxed out. Finally Sound quality is way better than any other TV I’ve owned.

The picture quality is absolutely stunning, with deep blacks, vibrant colors, and incredible clarity. The XR processing truly enhances the viewing experience, making everything look lifelike. Motion handling is excellent, perfect for sports and action-packed movies. The built-in speakers are decent, but pairing it with a soundbar takes it to another level. Overall, this TV is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for premium quality at a great price! Highly recommended!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tv kept showing green screen without picture with sound at least 4or 5 times in 3 weeks i had to factory reset the tv to correct the problem but when the tv was working the picture and brightness was excellent i returned the tv to the store if you purchase the best buy plus from best buy store they stand behind their products and the give you 60 days instead of 14 days to return to the store the best buy suscription to best buy plus is well worth the small price and with the best buy plus subscription best buy will pick up and deliver your tv exchange for 60 days free of charge a valuble service for an electronics store purchase without this best buy plus sbuscription i would have had to return the tv to the company myself the best buy electronics company is the best place to buy electronics and they also do the manufacturer warranty work " BEST BUY IS THE BEST"

Great and affordable

Everything looks great, even comparable to OLED in some situations. Google integration works seamlessly with our current smart home ecosystem. Only "complaint" would be some blooming but I use bias lighting so I never noticed it. Powerhouse of a TV at this price point.

He always told me they were quality TVs. Well-built and had very few problems. We still have still a Sony TV in my parents’ house as we speak. It is a Bravia bought back in 2004. So, when I had the chance to buy my own TV, it was a no brainer. I wanted a Sony Bravia. I love the look and I can’t wait to keep it for 21 years like my parents.

Great Picture Quality

Definitely need to purchase a soundbar or external speakers. This replaced my 17 year-old Sony Bravia flat screen which works still and ended up gifting to a friend. Hoping this model will last just as long.

Perfect for the money

Little slow software but most Sonys are. Screen quality is nice for the price. Happy with purchase. It won’t replace an oled but unless your a hifi expert this with fit the bill. Pic quality is way above avg and extremely bright.

I've been holding off on getting a new TV for a long time when this one came on sale and as an open box, I jumped on it I'm so glad I did. The colors are amazing and the picture crystal clear. The remote is a bit basic, but it does the job. As long as it's reliable (my Panasonic this is replacing is 15 years old and still doing OK), I will be happy to recommend this to others.

Great Product but with Ads

We lost our remote and setting up a remote with our cellphone was nice and easy. It was easy because its a google tv, but what comes with google tv also? Sponsored ads on the home screen of the tv. Not a fan of that, but its the future we are heading towards. It was only a matter of time.

Love both brands, but Sony was easier to use and easier to set up, not to mention my Ps5 and Xbox Series X. It never looked so crisp and clean. Grand Turismo is a beauty, and Starfield is just eye candy with VRR and more, no regrets.
