Small Remote

It is very small, and my Dad has big fingers. He is constantly pressing two buttons at once. He won't use the voice feature because he doesn't want to!! lol

Beautiful picture and great sound

BestBuy staff was super helpful in talking through all the options. Originally I planned on a different make/model that was more expensive but I got all the features I needed/wanted for $500 cheaper. This actually makes me want to go back and upgrade other TVs that I hadn't planned on upgrading. This TV Very has a very fast app movement and amazing picture! Black colors are dark and not much light bleeding. Sounds is good enough to not need a sound bar.

Easy to install, only because my husband knows how to hang them on a wall. I wasn't sure id like having such a big screen, but i love that i can see it from all sides of living room and kitchen Great choice!

It was very easy to setup with google. The picture is so clear, vivid and sharp; the sound is outstanding. This TV has amazing features plus the remote control is very easy to use. Our experience at BestBuy has been the best; easy and stress-free transaction with sales associate whom was very knowledgeable & helped us to choose the right TV for us, as we wanted to invest in a good quality tv that is still affordable. We're very pleased with the prompt & good communication delivery service; the delivery guys were nice and respectful. Would definitely recommend BestBuy for purchasing a new TV!

Full Array LED is Fine

A lot less money that the QLED/OLEDs. Easy to view from all angles of the room. Lot's of features, like surround sound. Easy to set up and use.

Highly recommend this Sony tv.

If you are on Comcast or similar signal try to get a 4k signal box. I previously had the 55” version of this tv. The sound on this tv is much improved over last years version. It may be due to the 10” difference allowing for better speakers. If you watch a lot of movies on Netflix etc. then you might want to purchase a soundbar but if you watch mostly regular tv shows then you won’t be disappointed in the tv speakers. Make sure you make sure the stand fits on your stand.

Really noticed the difference, especially in a living room with a ceiling light over the TV. Most darker scenes with shadows were not an issue, with apps and videos loading fast and no crashes as of yet.

Excellent picture. Ads in home screen suck.

Very bright, I actually turn down brightness to 35 (max of 50) in a room that gets sunlight. Nice colors. Feet can raise TV if you have a thin soundbar, but it isn't enough for a real center channel speaker as part of a full surround system. The built-in speakers are better than expected (of course can't compare to a real surround system). I have to knock off a star for two reasons: the home screen has ads you CANNOT remove. Inexcusable on a $1,500 TV. And the HDMI control misbehaves badly: for several minutes after the TV is TURNED OFF, it randomly turns my Onkyo receiver on and off, and mutes it. When I turn the TV off, it will also turn off the receiver and my blu-ray player. These cannot be disabled in the TV settings! I have to disable HDMI control in my AVR itself to block it.

For advertisement/ads, there are certain applications like YouTube and others that will run ads depending on your viewing habits. This is not a feature you can turn off when it comes to those applications. During the initial setup process of the tv, you can opt-out of certain features and that is up to the user to decide what is best for their experience.
At Sony, we are always looking to improve our product quality and features. We have noted your input about the advertisement/ads and will be sure to forward this feedback to the appropriate department.

Crisp, vibrant images without the high cost

Looks attractive hung up on the wall without the high cost of a lot of thinner TV's. It's a beautiful product from a reliable brand. Sound quality is great too. We got a sound system, but even without, no complains.
