(only had to call once to get advice to correct issue) was the EXCELLENT C.S. by Dewitt, N.Y. personnel! However, there is a bigger issue that needs attention, and that is not being able to speak with someone at the store. Instead, your call is routed to a phone assistant/C.S./Sales associate. To speak with a store employee required I drive 42 miles (84 miles round trip).

Well, I’m back to SONY. What a difference. I should have switched 10 years ago. This TV is LED and it is so much better than than OLED, and no more burn in.

Bought an A90J OLED few months back for watching movies and it was so good that I was sure my next tv will also be Sony. Image clarity is unbeatable, our movie/show viewing experience is 1000 times better. Sound quality is amazing, and we have yet to purchase a sound system. To help get these issues sorted, we recommend trying these steps:

Amazing tv

Brightness can be a bit heavy if your used to dark screens. That would be my only complaint if it was a real complaint to have. Lots of features, works anazingly with ps5.
