Great TV

Not particularly happy with Google TV, I couldn't access or download xfinity streaming and numerouss other channels/apps. Bought a Roku streaming stick and it is great for downloading or accessing many more channels. Regardless, I am happy with the purchase and would recommend the TV to anyone.

Unfortunately, the Xfinity Streaming app is currently not available to install on this TV. However, you can use the built-in Chromecast feature to cast the content from the Xfinity Stream app on your mobile device to this TV. Thanks for choosing Sony. ~Earl

Great... When it Works

This TV will either have no problems or freeze up and become unresponsive. When it is unresponsive nothing works with the exception of unplugging. I keep up to date on all of the software updates and make sure the cache gets cleared but it keeps getting stuck. This also was a common occurrence with my previous BRAVIA, I hope this gets fixed.

Please troubleshoot the issue by unplugging the TV power cord from the wall outlet (or from the back of the TV if the power cord is detachable), wait for two minutes, then plug the power cord back in.

wonderful TV disappointing remote

The remote is not lighted and far too complicated. For me it is almost unworkable. I tried to get a replacement buy downloading an app. there are a few out there that claim to be Sony. How can I trust them.
