Great deal for a great tv

I found an open-box tv which was one of my top picks and saved $400! Ordered online and the pick up was easy. The gentleman loaded it into my suv. Love the tv.

Great TV with some issues

The only issue I have had is the screen freezes every so often. I have to unplug the TV. I can't even power it off. If it weren't for that, I would give 5 stars.

Posted .Hi esimpson87, Awesome! We are so glad to hear that you are happy with the picture quality of your new TV. Instead of unplugging the TV, please try holding down the power button of the TV remote for 10 seconds and the TV should do a power cycle and check if the issue still occurs.

It also for some reason starts up with YouTube and just straight to cable. It’s a good tv

Please note: In the power up options you can specify to look for the last input used instead of going straight to your cable. Example home page for Google tv or HDMI 1-4 depending on the customer’s needs, so in future power ups it will access the last input used (cable box etc.). Hope this helps!

Thanks for sharing your review and experience with the X90L. We're glad that you like the picture quality of the TV. Your feedback about the TV screen is greatly appreciated. The LCD screen is made with high-precision technology to achieve a high level of performance and picture quality. To achieve this level of performance, the backlight setting of the TV is set to maximize the screen brightness. However, you may notice uneven brightness on the TV when watching in a dark environment or when the screen is blank. This condition is normal and not a malfunction of the TV.
If you should find this affects your enjoyment, here are few adjustments that you can do to minimize this condition:
-Reduce the Backlight Level in the Picture Settings menu.
-Turn the Light Sensor setting to On in the Setup menu.
-Change the Power Saving setting to Low or High in the Setup menu.
-Set the Picture Mode to Standard in the Settings menu.
