Frequent update notification aren't typical, so it's possible a previous update hasn't completed fully. We recommend following all on-screen steps carefully and ensuring the TV remains powered on until the update finishes. You can also update it manually on Settings > System > About > System Software Update.

And stood by us until we finally made a decision and we didn’t feel rushed. And he was a newly promoted and training someone all at the same time.

Dissapointed

Picture, color, and brightness were great. On the 60th day, tv died, no power. Troubleshooted and called the service center for repair in Houston. Spent $1000 and am looking at another $740 in repairs. Very disappointed...

If I want a simple question addressed I get who knows who in who knows where. My next purchase will be at a store I can call

Very unhappy customer

I have multiple text messages from him telling me he is coming but he never did. I kept waiting and wasting my time several times based on his promises, but it was all in vain. The sound Bar is not functioning, and sound is coming out. I am very frustrated with this service!!!!

I feel that the television that we came in to buy was disparaged by the salesperson without us really having the opportunity to check it out, and we were upsold to the set that we purchased. We are happy with our purchase, yet I feel that disparaging a brand is not good sales practice.
