    LOVE THIS TV---Bought it for $1000 after looking at some $600 more---Have not looked back---I would buy it again---DO NOT buy lower models---After loving this one, bought a 77L---NOT THE SAME or even close---I had to return it because it was so poor

    Good picture but "updates" two or three times a week. Hard to believe that this is necessary.

      Frequent update notification aren't typical, so it's possible a previous update hasn't completed fully. We recommend following all on-screen steps carefully and ensuring the TV remains powered on until the update finishes. You can also update it manually on Settings > System > About > System Software Update.

    The associated took his time in explaining the differences between each tv and compared LG with Sony products to the pixel. And stood by us until we finally made a decision and we didn’t feel rushed. And he was a newly promoted and training someone all at the same time.

    Bought this tv 2 months ago based on the reviews. Picture, color, and brightness were great. On the 60th day, tv died, no power. Troubleshooted and called the service center for repair in Houston. Spent $1000 and am looking at another $740 in repairs. Very disappointed...

    The employees were really involved. They really helped us with all the information need before buying the actual tv. Overall the aulity of service was a 10/10. They were really patient and made it clear on what we were getting.

    My BIGGEST concern with Best Buy is the fact you can not phone directly to the store This is a huge concern. If I want a simple question addressed I get who knows who in who knows where. My next purchase will be at a store I can call

    The Geek squad technician was supposed to come back and make adjustment of the sound Bar, but he never did. I have multiple text messages from him telling me he is coming but he never did. I kept waiting and wasting my time several times based on his promises, but it was all in vain. The sound Bar is not functioning, and sound is coming out. I am very frustrated with this service!!!!

    The television and soundbar both are very nice and work well. I feel that the television that we came in to buy was disparaged by the salesperson without us really having the opportunity to check it out, and we were upsold to the set that we purchased. We are happy with our purchase, yet I feel that disparaging a brand is not good sales practice.
