Love the product lot of questions about how and what to do. No instructions, geek squad finally installed it after three weeks.
Glad I bought the tv guess it will take a while to see what it is capable of doing without instructions.

Performance issues

Picture quality is good, however there are lots of issues faced like display got frozen, tv turned off abruptly while watching, Roku stick not working properly etc..
Thanks for sharing your review and experience with the X90L. We're glad that you like the picture quality of the TV. It's unfortunate that you are having those issues with the TV. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the TV is up-to-date. Resetting the TV may also help resolve those issues. Please refer to these links:

TV works great. Use it with an antenna, plus streaming. Once in a while it will not show a channel but it is a quick fix to reset.

Currently, the Xfinity app cannot be directly installed on this TV model. This limitation is not a result of any restrictions set by Sony, but rather stems from compatibility and availability issues determined by the app developer. As an alternative, your choice to use Roku is commendable, as it offers effective access to the Xfinity app. We appreciate your input and will ensure that your suggestion is communicated to the relevant team.
