We had to replace a much more expensive Sony TV with this one. It’s just as good as the one we paid much more for a couple of years ago because it died after 2 years. Based on that experience we went cheaper and glad we did.

Like always Sony and Geek Squad Delivered. I followed their advice on replacement of my 65" Sony Bravia, and their suggestion was this. Excellent advice.

I am having a problem with the picture freezing. I have called three times and they keep wanting me to diagnostics. I think its the tuner. I have a case number, but they still have not fixed the issue. Its been 3 months.

Poor Picture and Brightness

I owned the 65" Samsung Q60 for 6 years and it's still doing a great job! I wanted to get an upgrade so I decided to try the 75" Sony Bravia 3. Though its only Sony's entry level model, I was not impressed at all with the brightness and picture. It gets blurry and dark at times which made the experience not enjoyable. I'm going to pay a bit more and go back to Samsung for the quality and value!
