Here are some useful troubleshooting steps you can try to fix this:
1. Power cycle the TV - Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for about 2 minutes and then plug it back in.
2. Check for software updates - Ensure your TV is running the latest software version by going to settings > system > about > system software update > update your TV software.
3. Clear the cache data of your Apps - Go into the TV settings and then select system > storage > internal shared storage > cached data > clear

Great TV, especially if in the Google ecosystem

So far really liking the picture quality and embedded Google TV interface. Working well for both streaming and for watching over the air TV. Opted for this model based on the processing and quite happy with decision so far.

While I’m very satisfied with the TV itself — the picture quality and features are great — I was disappointed to find that not all the parts and accessories were included as advertised. When something is labeled “excellent,” I expect it to be complete. This took away from the otherwise positive experience. Please double-check packaging on open-box items to match the listed condition.
