Thanks for reaching out and sharing your feedback on the K-85XR50. We're really sorry to hear that you're finding the picture quality adjustments difficult and noticing such a big variation between different apps; that certainly sounds frustrating, and we apologize for the less than smooth experience.

For the picture quality issue and the app variation, we'd strongly recommend checking out a feature called "Picture Mode" or "Calibrated mode". These features tries to adjust the settings based on the content (like switching to "Cinema" for a movie app or "Game" for a console).

You can find these settings under the "Display & Sound". Changing one or two of those core settings should help smooth out the differences you're seeing between, say, Netflix and a YouTube stream.
