    Excellent purchase. I've been waiting to get this size TV for years and finally came down to a realistic price point. I've always had Sonys because in their quality, still have a crt that's 20 years old. I hope to have this one for at least half that.

    I purchased this television about 3 weeks ago. I've been very happy with the quality of the picture and the vibrant colors it can create. However, I have also experienced numerous frustrations as the screen has been freezing up repeatedly on a daily basis to where the only way to reset it was to unplug the screen everytime. After attempting just about every possible troubleshooting option (soft restart, hard restart, software update, etc.), I finally performed a factory reset and just set the TV up to it's most basic levels of use. So far, that SEEMS to have greatly reduced the number of freezes (hopefully eliminated), but it is extremely frustrating to encounter issues like this on a television of this price as well as not being able to consistently use it to it's full potential.

To get the most out of your audio, we recommend using the "Acoustic Auto Calibration" in the settings, which uses the microphone in your remote to tune the sound specifically to your room's layout.     Beautiful picture. I have had Sony tv for many years. Once you get used to their picture and longevity its hard to buy anything else. Been wanting one of these for a while and they had a sale so I pulled the trigger
