Very good all round TV

It has good HDR and DV performance. It blooms a lot but I do not mind blooming. Sony (unlike TCL) has not locked us into the infamous three DV settings (IQ, Bright and Dark). Make sure you use an external player with this tv (ONN, Apple TV).

Your feedback regarding the blooming is extremely important to us and is very much appreciated. The updated Cognitive Processor XR enables better backlight control for increased local dimming zones, increased brightness and decreased blooming. If you get a TV with that much clouding, blotchy, or uneven brightness and it bothers you, there are few adjustments that you can do to minimize this condition. Did not like the Goggle TV operation. Others may not have the same issue. Straight on view was great but Goggle TV was what caused me to exchange it for a Samsung.
