I bought this outfit based on the reviews by customers and technical reviews on C Net, PC magazine and others. This is so easy to use, results have been very satisfactory so far! A lot less weight to lug around compared to my Nikon SLR , extra lenses, etc. I am an enthusiast with over 30 years in and out of the photographic world. For normal travel, vacation, family outings, etc. this should more than suffice!

This camera is small in size and light in weight. It is easy to use. It comes with two lenses. I am a novice in photo shooting and find it easy to use. My kids even know how to use it since it is quite simple. I would recommend this to anyone.

Still learning to play with my new toy, but the A6000 is a fantastic camera from what I've experienced so far. The auto settings are great for most daylight settings, but definitely have to mess with shutter and speed at night. But then again, you don't buy a mirrorless for the auto settings! It is super fast too, very quick shutter when you want it.

I really like this camera. I'm an absolute beginner to photography and after watching a few tutorials on youtube I was able to get some wonderful shots. Playing around with the settings is very easy and straight forward. The camera is light, handy and easy to manipulate. The only thing to mention is the battery life time. If you plan to have a full day of taking pictures, better have a second battery.

I replaced my DSLR camera with this camera and love it. Not only does it take great pictures, but it's so small and light that I don't need to haul a camera bag around anymore. I stash it (plus an extra lens) in my cargo shorts pockets.

This small mirrorless camera does everything and more than my Nikon D800. Wish it was full framed, but small price to pay for such a terrific camera.

The consistent parade of great reviews for the camera goes on. I’ve owned two of these and an A6300. The entire series is awesome. I’ve had my cameras all over the world and I have yet to be disappointed in their performances. Granted, battery life is short, but a couple extra batteries and a charger solve that very easily and it is a minor inconvenience for getting a camera that blows the others away in picture quality (I’ve shot both Canon and Nikon), speed, convenience in packing, etc. I love when others pull out their competitor’s cameras and start pounding their chests when they see my Sony. When pictures are reviewed, time and again, they ask if they can take some shots with mine. LOVE THIS CAMERA SO MUCH!!!!

We bought this as a replacement for an older Nikon DSLR and we love it. Used it on our trip to Washington DC and the pictures are great. Easy to use and very lightweight. Looking forward to testing it out on the solar eclipse.

Excellent camera, particularly for someone already familiar with digital equipment. Easy to use, great size...fits in the hand well. The 200mm lens was a great part of the package. Sharp photos, easy download.

Overwhelmed by all the things this camera can do for the advanced photographer, yet you can do it all manually. Perhaps, for some it can do too much, and can be confusing. The build of the camera feels solid in my hands. Most importantly, it takes great pictures. While the LCD screen is great, I really like the view finder better. It is really sharp. I have the kit 16-50 mm and the 55-210 mm lenses and while it is easy to change the lenses to cover 16-210 mm, I also bought the Tamron 18-200 mm lens and that mates well with this camera for even more convenience. So far one thing I find is deficient is the battery life. They don't last long. I bought two extra and a charger to have one ready at a moments notice. Also, I wish Sony would send the complete manual with the camera.

The Sony a6000 is a compact SLR camera that takes great pictures. The mirror-less feature was an important requirement as was the small size. The telephoto lens sold together with the a6000 came in at a great price.

The Sony Alpha A6000 camera is a mirror-less unit which allows it to be much more compact in size and weight than the popular full size DSLR cameras. Though smaller in body size, it holds an aps-C size senser that is superior to any point and shoot on the market. The A6000 is part of the new generation of camera of mirror-less design.

Not only is this a great camera but, if your a begginner like myself, it is very easy to use. I love how my pictures turn out and hardly will you ever have to edit them. Also, the camera is very lightweight...umm, winning!!
